1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RivalForge AI's website, applications, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Services

RivalForge AI provides tools to analyze publicly available app store reviews and related market context using AI. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Use the Services to generate or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical limitations except where permitted by law.
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Services in a way that harms availability.

5. Inputs and outputs

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Services. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" for informational purposes; you should verify important decisions independently.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, pricing, and renewal terms are presented at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our stated refund policy. You may cancel according to the cancellation flow in your billing settings or payment provider.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by RivalForge AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVALFORGE AI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for commercial disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
